Healthy Lifestyle
When people live in a certain way they do not need treatments to maintain their health, or to heal from minor health issues (exceptions apart). Think of young adults.
People need to eat healthy, sleep a lot, should not be stressed, must have a good social network, must exercise/ move/ stretch their body, and need a healthy sex life. If people do all these things they maintain their health and heal their body.
When the body heals, it heals everything. It does not just heal a worn-out joint in the neck or the back, it also heals the skin problem, it heals the digestive tract problem, it heals hair issues, and more.
People that maintain their health are doing the following (not exactly, but in general).
- NUTRITION – Consume non-processed plant-based food (vegetables, fruits, whole grain, beans, and more), Non-processed liquids, Low salt, No added or processed sugar, Few animal foods; No tobacco; No alcohol; No coffee;
- ACTIVITY – Exercise/ move/ stretch. Exercise the body in that it make you sweat;
- RELAXTION – Get lots of sleep (8 hours a day); avoid stress. If people have a stressful job or similar, they must find a way to be mindful or meditate, or just be present and release the stress back into the Universe;
- SOCIAL – Mix socially with other people. People need to socialize, mix socially with others. People need social support from loved ones, family members, children, and friends.
- SEX LIFE – A healthy sex life is defined by mutual satisfaction, communication, and emotional intimacy rather than by the number of times sex occurs, which is studied to be on average once a week.
Nutrition
Sticking to a diet is the most important factor but do not behave like a vegan fanatic. By diet I mean more than eating and drinking, I mean what people digest; it is the food that people eat, the liquids that people drink, the air that people breathe, the thoughts that people think, the emotions that people feel, et cetera.
Note
The purpose of the treatment of a healthcare provider is to alleviate the receiver’s suffering from health issues with the tools the provider has. The improvement that the treatments bring depends upon the overall health of the receiver. Beware that the receiver has to contribute their part of the ‘bargain’, which is living a healthy lifestyle. Only then, health is gained. The healthcare provider can only be an influence in the life of a receiver and should not (cannot) handhold the receiver. The main reason why people get healthy is because of their own lifestyle choices.
